why I was charged twice for one order

my order #64080732 was charged twice on my credit card, I want that corrected.

  • Thank you for your reply, but I had contacted my bank since I was not able to talk to someone over the weekend and they reverted one of the charges and now your company reverted the second charge.
    I just received the package today Thursday and I open the box and I was supriced to see no instructions regarding the use of the products , just the test kit.
    I decided to read the reviews of the company and the comments of consumer reports. This is upsetting for me..
    I want to return the box with the content and I'm not interested anymore in taking these products.
    Please indicate at which address I must ship the box to returning the content.

    We regret that you would like to return the product. You can return the product according to our Return Policy as long as it is unopened and resalable. Once received back at the warehouse.  The refund will be processed in 7 to 10 business days from that date.  Please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip in the order.
