Why did I not get delivery of my paid order?

  Thank you for your question. We thank you for your payment, but please remember the delivery flow of Zinzino:

  1. You pay every month.
  2. You receive a delivery of products every month

  We suggest you log into your account on Zinzino.eu to make sure two invoices have been paid for in order to receive a delivery, you can also see there if there are any unpaid invoices.
