What is the BalanceTest?

Hi,

What is the test?

Comments

  • Hello Tess,

And thank you for your question. Our test is a dry blood sample test used at home and it takes less than a minute to perform. It is a little prick from your finger with the enclosed needle and all you need to do is collect a few drops of blood on the filter paper that is also included in the test.

The blood sample is sent to a certified laboratory for analysis and you will find your personal test results on zinzinotest.com in about 20 days on our site.

We hope this helps answer your question. If not, please come back to us and we will gladly help you further!

    Have a great day!

  • Where do I find the Zinzino laboratory request form to send in with my sample?

  • Hello Mary,
Thank you for your question.  We are not exactly sure what you mean by a "laboratory request form."  Our test come with pre-addressed envelope that you put your foil envelope into and then send it further to our labs.  Did you get one of these?

Please let us know and we can help your further.  Have a great day!

  • Step 9 of the directions say "Put both the sealed metal bag and the completed Laboratory Request form into the pre-addressed Balance Test return envelope and seal."  This step is causing some confusion, since there does not appear to be a Laboratory Request form. The only form that comes in the test is the Release form on the sample card, which goes in the metal bag. So you might want to correct step 9.

  • Hi Jackie,

The Laboratory Request form is no longer in the box. You actually register that information at www.zinzinotest.com before the BalanceTest is mailed out. You can send in the BalanceTest without that form.

We are in the process of updating that information.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Best regards,
