Steps points do not work always On Ziznino Balance App

Hi
The app and points have been working fine until the two last days.
The points for steps over 7500 do not give an extra point like before.
I look into the history of apple health and I am way over 7500steps.
How to correct missing points. Where can I see what you have registered ?
The app has no history function which makes it hard to see what you have collected. Do you want a screenshoot?

    The problem with no extra point is still a problem. It it seams to happen each second day. And sometimes no problem.
    Can you see in your system which date steps point have not been identified by the app?

    Is your Balance App synced with your phone's step counter? If so, then please let me know how many steps points you should have and I will manually adjust it, also I see that you had your partner number connected to the app, I have changed that to your customer number. Partners are not allowed to have the BalanceApp.
