Product Perks Balance

How do I use my product perks balance?  It says I have $60 available but I can't figure out how to use it.  Thank you.

    Product Perks Program*
    • $10 Product Perks per auto-ship per customer account; no matter the number of articles on the auto-ship.
    • The Product Perks are accumulated monthly.
    • The customer must have a Subscribe & Save auto-ship & paying shipping in order to receive monthly Product Perks.
    • The Customer must have earned enough Product Perks to purchase the product of choice; no partial payments.
    • Can the Product Perk be used towards shipping?
    • A:  No. Product Perks can only be used towards a product that is not currently part of their auto-ship order.
    • It cannot be used towards product that is part of their current auto-ship order.
    • It cannot be used towards shipping. However, they can choose to have the free product shipped with their next auto-ship, in which case there would be not extra shipping charge since the $8.95 shipping/handling covers all products in that order. Or have the product shipped out right away and pay shipping for the order.
    • Email customer care at usa@zinzino.com or call customer care at 561-203-1767 from 9am to 6pm EST to place the Perk Order.

  • Hi Charlene! Thank you for this very helpful post.
    It sure would save a lot of time if these instructions could be nested with the Perks page so customers could help themselves. Maybe we could recommend this to the web design team? Ultimately, it would even be great to automate the Perks redemption process online without needing to call customer service!
    Also, this is a really great feature of subscribe and save auto-ship and I only learned about it (as a partner) after many months with ZZ. In my opinion, it's worth frontline promotion.
