How do I use my accumulated perks?

    You can call customer care at 561-203-1767 between the hours of 9am - 6pm EST. Or you can email or chat with us.

    We would need your name on the customer account and customer login ID number.
    State which product that you would like to order using the Shipping Perks.
    Let us know if you would like to have the order shipped with the next monthly subscription order. Or you can pay shipping to have the order shipped out right away.

  • I unsubscribed to my monthly order, because I felt it was crazy to spend close to $8 every month, for shipping.   I just ordered 3 months worth of my balance essent.  will my perks expire because I don't get the auto-shipment?

  • Do I only earn points by having a monthly subscription?  I prefer to get a 3 month supply to avoid the excessive postage

    You earn perks every month the monthly subscription order is processed and you are shipping for that order. You earn $10.00 each time the monthly subscription order is processed.

  • If you have more than 1 subscription in your monthly order, do you earn $20 e.g.: is it $10 for 'each' subscription item or $10 total?

    You earn $10.00 each month the monthly subscription order is processed. If you pay for shipping on the monthly subscription. It doesn't matter how much product you have on the monthly subscription, you will still earn only $10.00 each month the monthly subscription order is processed.

  • But I have to have a Monthly Subscription or Yo earn points and will lose the points I have.
    I’m tired of recycling Boxes containing one month’s supply, that are big enough for 6 !
    It’s a Waste. The product shipped from Utah was so much smaller. Now you’re shipping from a center closer to me in Huge boxes that I have to recycle
    Every other company I get vitamins from ships them in envelopes FOR FREE

    Product Perks Program*
    $10 Product Perks per auto-ship per customer account; no matter the number of articles on the auto-ship.
    The Product Perks are accumulated monthly.
    The customer must have a Subscribe & Save auto-ship & paying shipping in order to receive monthly Product Perks.
    The Customer must have earned enough Product Perks to purchase the product of choice; no partial payments.
    Can the Product Perk be used towards shipping?
    A: No. Product Perks can only be used towards a product that is not currently part of their auto-ship order.
    It cannot be used towards product that is part of their current auto-ship order.
    It cannot be used towards shipping. However, they can choose to have the free product shipped with their next auto-ship, in which case there would be not extra shipping charge since the $7.95 shipping/handling covers all products in that order.

  • Why can't Product Perks be used on line?  Why are you requiring us to call or email you to place an order using the Perks?  It would be so much more convenient to have the option to pay for an order using the Product Perks right on line.  Is this something that is being looked at for future releases?
