My Zinzino e-mails always end up in the trash folder and not my inbox, why?

    We apologize for the inconvenience!

    We updated to a new email format for our outgoing emails a couple of months ago.  This problem can be resolved by unmarking the email as spam.  Then the emails that follow should arrive in your inbox.
