Why is the Balance Oil lumpy?

I am on my 2nd bottle of oil and it is so lumpy. My  first bottle was not that was. Is this normal?

    Which BalanceOil are you currently consuming?  AquaX or BalanceOil(Lemon, Vanilla or Orange/Lemon/Mint)?  How are the bottles being stored prior to consumption and after opening the bottle?  Cloudiness can occur depending upon how the bottles are stored.
    • STORAGE
      • Store unopened bottles in a dark, dry place at room temperature or in a refrigerator. Store opened bottles in a refrigerator and use within 45 days. The oil may become cloudy at temperatures below 4°C/39°F due to solidification of the olive oil. The oil will clear at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children.

  • I use the balance oils lemon.... and I keep mine in the fridge at all times. As soon as I get them in the mail the go straight to the fridge.. Luann

    Were you able to try the following recommendation from the 'Storage' section of the label:
    • 'The oil will clear at room temperature.'?  
    This should resolve the cloudiness of the BalanceOil.  If this does not work, please contact Support via phone during business hours so that we can further assist you.
