I do not want automatic delivery

I specifically asked not to be put on automatic delivery!  I received notification that my next order was shipped.  I will need a return label as I will not accept this shipment.  Please remove account from automatic delivery.

  • I canceled my subscription.  I got a verification email saying my subscription was canceled and yet today I received notification that “my shipment is on its way”.  This is making me angry!!!! I do not want to have this on my charge card and now I’m responsible for return shipping.  Please take care of this immediately.  I do not want to give your company a bad review but if that’s what it takes to get this handled properly, I will take that action.
