How does the money back guarantee work?

  • Money back guarantee only counts if the customer has ordered a 6-month subscription that includes BalanceTests.

    If the customer scores 3:1 on the section of the test entitled Omega-6 to Omega-3 balance, the first time they receive their test score, they have the opportunity to cancel their subscription and ship the unused products back to Zinzino. The customer will get their money back for their start order. (Test 1, that has been used and one-month supply of the product is free).

    In the cases where the customer has purchased a subscription without any Tests included, there will be no refund.

    Refund policy does not apply to partners, only to persons registered as a customer with a subscription.

    The first step would be to contact Support to verify or update the tax information associated with the Partner ID.     Our money back guarantee is applicable only to customers who have purchased a Premier Kit, specifically the BalanceOil with BalanceTest option. If you meet this criterion, the following conditions apply:
    • If a customer achieves a result of 3.0:1 or better on their first test prior to consuming our BalanceOil products, they are eligible for a refund for the entire Premier Kit order. As part of this refund process, customers have the opportunity to cancel their subscription and return the unused products to Zinzino. The customer will receive their money back for their start order, which includes Test 1 (even if used) and a one-month supply of the product for free. When contacting our Customer Care to claim your refund, please have your Unique Test Code ready for verification purposes. Congratulations on your healthy eating habits!
    • Zinzino will refund 100% of the BalanceTest purchase price (including products part of a Premier Product Kit) and tax to your credit card, minus shipping cost, after the warehouse has received and inspected the products. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
    • It's important to note that our refund policy does not apply to partners or individuals who have purchased a subscription without any tests included. The refund policy is exclusively applicable to persons registered as a customer with a BalanceOil & Test Premier Kit.
