Hello I am a new customer and I have had trouble with your website. My intention was to place my order with freight shipping for the lower price (although it would be nice to know how long freight shipping takes). At one point the screen let me pick freight then it kicked me off and then only gave me the option of 2 day shipping for a higher price. My order details say I have freight shipping while me email receipt says 2 day. Can someone please let me know how long freight takes and if it is 10 days or less please change my order to freight and refund the difference. If longer then 10 days I will stay with 2 day. Thank you
That’s not what I asked and you charged me 19.95 for the 2-4 day shipping and the tracking number is invalid. So this company owes me about $11. Please refund me s as you should - Addie Halkin
