activate me!

Hi,

I want to go active as Partner again. Do I just register new customers or do I need to do something more?
Also,I have changed my name.  How do I get my new name on record?

  • I am a customer who had a subscription.  Our bank generated new debit cards for us.  My Zinzino account was stopped because it wasn't able to be paid.  I am trying to lot into my account and get the new card number in so that the subscription can continue.  I am a customer under my husband.  We see no sign of my account.  How do I find it?

    Thank you for the inquiry!

    When you became a customer you received a Welcome Email from Zinzino with a login ID number and password via email. On that email it has your customer ID number which is your username and your password to login at Zinzino.com. Do you have that email?
    If not, you can provide me with the name as it appears on your account and the mailing address please. I will be happy to provide you with that information.
